Warranty Coverage
All Mattresses
10 YearsFull replacement for manufacturing defects including sagging (>1.5 inches), broken coils, structural failure, and material deterioration.
Bed Frames
1 YearCoverage for manufacturing defects including structural failure, hardware defects, and material deterioration under normal use.
What's Not Covered
- •Normal wear and tear, including gradual softening of comfort layers
- •Physical damage, burns, cuts, or stains caused by misuse
- •Damage from using an improper foundation or bed frame
- •Comfort preference changes (eligible for exchange under the 100-day trial)
- •Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
